Returning a mattress or furniture?
Get in touch and we'll remove the items from your home and give you a full refund.
Remember, it can take the body at least 30 days to adjust to a new mattress.
We give you 100 nights to try your mattress for free. Returns are free and easy anytime after the 30-Night Adjustment Period. See our expert tips for getting there faster.
Returning any other product?
You can return your Casper items for free and get a full refund during the trial period. Customers may return a maximum of two items of the same product type. Read more about our Return Policy.
