If you sleep on your back or stomach, we recommend a pillow with a low or medium loft. It will cradle your head, while keeping your neck properly aligned.

If you sleep on your side or prefer a higher pillow, we recommend a pillow with a high loft to keep you well-supported and gently cradle your head, neck, and shoulders.
