The Endy Hybrid also comes with a 100-night sleep trial. If you are unhappy with the mattress, contact Endy to initiate the return process. If contacted within the 100-day trial, so long as there is no damage to the mattress, Endy will arrange to pick up the mattress from your home and issue you a full refund. Note that it typically takes 2-5 days to arrange pickup in metropolitan areas and up to three weeks to do so in rural areas. The refund process begins once the mattress has been picked up by the Endy team and typically takes 3-5 business days.
