It is also important to note that the Casper Select Cooling Memory Foam Mattress is only available from Costco’s website and is a member-only item, which means that you must have a paid Costco membership to purchase one.

All Casper mattresses, including The Casper, come with a risk-free 100-night trial. If at any point during the trial period you aren’t satisfied with your new Casper mattress, you can reach out to Casper Canada and they will coordinate a time to pick up the mattress from your home (and no, you don’t need to squeeze it back into the box). Once Casper picks up the mattress, they will donate it to a local charity or recycle it, and issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
Costco Casper Select Cooling Memory Foam Mattress
If you are unhappy with your new mattress, you will need to contact Costco Canada’s customer service team to initiate a return. Please note that certain Costco items are not available for return or refund or may have limitations on their eligibility for return or refund. As of January 2025, it is also only available in King, which does not make it a good fit for every sleeper or bedroom.
